Er beginnt mit einer Nase von reifen Pflaumen und schwarzen Kirschen, ergänzt durch Noten von Tabak, pfeffrigen Gewürzen und getoasteter Eiche. Die Weinberge von Tupungato und Lujan de Cuyo befinden sich auf 1100 bzw. 900 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel, was diesem Wein eine übertriebene Säure und einen überlebensgroßen Charakter verleiht. Achaval Ferrer wurde 1998 von Santiago Achaval und Manuel Ferrer gegründet, denen sich der italienische Winzer Roberto Cipresso anschloss. Zusammen mit dem geschätzten Berater Michel Rolland trug das Trio dazu bei, Argentiniens Platz in der Spitzenweinszene zu zementieren und einen Platz für Cabernet Franc zu schaffen, eine andere Bordeaux-Traube, die in Argentinien noch nicht die schwindelerregenden Höhen des Malbec erreicht hat. Dieser Cabernet Franc öffnet sich mit einem harmonischen Geschmack von schwarzen Früchten - Cassis, Brombeeren und schwarzen Johannisbeeren, unterstützt von rustikalen Noten von Tomatenblättern, getrocknetem Rosmarin und Thymian sowie schwarzem Pfeffer. Er balanciert erhabene Aromen und Säure mit einer breiten, tanninhaltigen Seite, ähnlich wie ein Bordeaux Cabernet Franc. Perfekt für alle, die das Beste aus beiden Welten suchen. Nicely built, does the job, the stand is an excellent add

Its a WDT tool; that and a magnetic funnel for the basket are sort of "the deal" for getting an even distribution in your portafilter to resolve channeling issues. Its the proper size for E61 and similar-sized espresso machines and thus is compatible with basically all but the small "economy" units; for those you probably want something with less "splay" on the needles. The material and design make it "knock it on the side of the counter" easy to keep clean and the magnetic stand means its right there and won't get damaged.
For relatively small money it doesn't get better than this in doing the job. Recommended.

Works Great - Better results With Shot

Very happy with the tool. My first experience using a WDT tool. Really helped my shot quality. I like the stand it comes with. I don't find it that hard to place back in the stand. If anything a slight inward push on the needles and goes in. The number of needles make it easy to use. The size is convenient for use and doesn't take up much room. I keep it next to my grinder. The extra needle set is great. Highly recommend.

Great product

This is a really good product. I stopped leaving reviews - too time consuming. Yet I feel compelled to compliment this coffee distribution/de-clumping tool. I am not receiving any benefit other than being satisfied with this item. Delivered quickly. Great protective packaging-impressive. The entire base with top sits attractively and unobtrusively on the counter by my espresso machine. The base is heavy and stable. The top which contains the pins for distributing the coffee, fits easily and quickly into the base after each use. The pins and pattern of the pins make the distribution/de-clumping quick and easy. At first, I thought the pins might be too fine (too small gauge) but they work great. I had been using a wood skewer (for grilling) by sharpening one end with a knife into a point and then stirring the grounds. This tool works faster and more efficiently and, distributes more evenly than my home-made tool.
The only alternative I considered was one reviewer’s wry suggestion to just push some sewing needles into a cork for the distribution tool. That would work just fine but, it wouldn’t look so good on the counter or complement my top quality espresso machine, grinder, tamper, scale, etc. Well worth the price.

Worth it - just buy it!

After a month experimenting with my new Breville Barista Express, I finally decided that a few of the basic accessories actually would make a difference in my coffee, so I got this as well as a distributor tool, and there is a noticeable difference. I consistently get excellent extractions, where before, I would occasionally get a shot that clearly was not distributed and tamped properly. The price for these tools was combined, less than $30 and most definitely worth it!

It's a perfect wdt tool and works wonderfully for it's entended purpose. Great weight to it and the base, however the base to store it is very slim, making it difficult to replace once done.
