Sie werden spüren, wie der Druck zunimmt. Da Wasser aus dem Inneren durch das obere Ventil entweicht, dehnt sich der Penis immer weiter aus.

4) Sobald Sie nicht mehr pumpen können, ruhen Sie sich einfach fünf Minuten lang aus. Das optimale Vakuum ist dann gegeben, wenn Sie kein Wasser mehr aus dem Inneren des Bathmate ausstoßen können.

5) Wiederholen Sie den Pumpvorgang alle vier bis fünf Minuten, ruhen Sie sich aus und wiederholen Sie das Manöver. Es ist notwendig, diesen Vorgang zu wiederholen, da es bei jedem Kompressionszyklus einen Moment gibt, in dem kein Wasser mehr extrahiert werden kann.
