Dieser Kelims ist ein flach gewebter Teppiche aus Schwurwolle. Häufig verfügen die Kelim über feine, geometrisch gewebte Muster. Am häufigsten findet man die schönen Unikate in Blau/Weiß, Schwarz/Weiß oder Beige/Weiß. Verwendet wird immer von Hand verarbeitete Schurwolle, gefärbt und ungefärbt. In Marokko wurden Kelims besonders gerne als Wandbehang verwendet aber auch als sehr pflegeleichter und unkomplizierter Teppich für den Boden. Unsere handgefertigten Kelims stammen zum größten Teil aus dem Atlas Gebirge und der vorgelagerten Region, wie etwa Atlas und werden noch innerhalb der Berberfamilien oder in kleinen Kooperativen hergestellt.
