Kohlenhydrate tragen zur Aufrechterhaltung der Ausdauerleistung bei – bei einer Aufnahme von 30–60g Kohlenhydraten pro Stunde während länger andauernder körperlicher Betätigung. Zusätzlich tragen Kohlenhydrate zur Wiederherstellung der normalen Muskelfunktion (Kontraktion) nach intensiver körperlicher Betätigung bei – bei einer Aufnahme von 4g Kohlenhydraten pro kg Körpergewicht innerhalb von 4–6 Stunden nach intensiver Belastung.

Possibly the best sunscreen on the US market

I'm a self-confessed sunscreen snob. I love trying new formulas, and I came to the conclusion years ago that US formulas aren't usually for me. We haven't had a new filter approved by the FDA since the last millennium, and our products reflect that. I can't tell you how many times I spent $40+ on 1.7oz of sunscreen that I ended up hating before I switched to mostly Korean sunscreens; and most of the US sunscreens I like can be described as "good...for a US formula." In short, I didn't have high hopes for this, and I was very pleasantly surprised. This is a very, very good sunscreen even among non-US formulas. It's lightweight, doesn't make my oily skin shiny, and dries down entirely so it doesn't feel tacky or slimy. I can layer over and over throughout the day without pilling or streaks. It also comes in a huge tube for a very low price. The only possible downside is that it's fragranced, which isn't a deal breaker for me. I wish they still sold the 3oz facial version because it's travel-friendly, but from what I can tell, it's the same formula. Try this, especially if you hate thick, heavy, shiny sunscreens. Unless you can't do fragrance, I think you will be very happy with it.
