Fluorocarbon-Hauptschnüre sind schnell sinkend und liegen flach auf dem Boden für eine jederzeit optimale Präsentation. Sie ist nahezu unsichtbar unter Wasser. Der Refraktionsindex von 1,42 kommt dem von Wasser sehr nahe und ist deswegen fast unmöglich für Fische, selbst unter den klarsten Bedingungen, zu sehen.
Sie zeigte auch konstant bessere Leistung als alle anderen Fluorocarbon-Hauptschnüre bei Proben und im Gegensatz zu Monofilamenten funktionieren Fluorocarbons am besten mit einem Blutknoten.
Die geringe Dehnung der Mirage bietet eine verbesserte Bissanzeige und ein knackig präzises Gefühl. Ihre höhere Abriebfestigkeit ist besser als andere hochwertige Fluorocarbon Schnüre. Außerdem ist sie nicht hydroskopisch und absorbiert kein Wasser und UV-beständig, also wird sie durch Sonnenlicht nicht beeinträchtigt.

It is worth purchasing a Protection Plan on an unfamiliar item
Bought a 3-year protection plan for a nut milk maker machine for $5.99. It was a fairly new kitchen item in our household and we were not familiar with the brand. So, I bought the plan for a piece (peace) of mind. The machine worked nicely for about 18-20 months with daily use until it tripped the circuit outlet. My initial chat with Asurion did not go as I expected due to discrepancy on their end as they see a protection plan for the nut milk maker as a sporting goods valued between $100-$199, not as a kitchen item valued between $30-$39.99. ( I had bought 3 different protection plan on th same day for multiple items purchased on Prime Days). They were looking at a different plan and I was unable to get them to "scroll over" to the appropriate protection plan. I tried again on a different day during the first hour of their contact hours and had a cheerful Asurion agent who was able to find the appropriate kitchen item protection plan. It was a simple and thorough conversation and transaction. I was refunded within hours after I packed up and dropped off the damaged item out to UPS. Moral of the story: Asurion Protection Plan is worth it and contact them at the start of their first day shift, not at the end of their evening shift.
