Besonderheiten: Dieser exklusive Kambodscha-Rum aus der Transcontinental Rum Line (TCRL) wurde in einem einzigen Fass destilliert und abgefüllt. Die Abfüllung ist auf nur 165 Flaschen limitiert und wurde speziell für Kirsch-Kunden ausgewählt. Der Rum reifte vier Jahre im tropischen Klima Kambodschas und weitere drei Jahre in Europa, was zu einem kraftvollen Erlebnis mit 53,9% vol. führte. Mit einem Estergehalt von 114,6 g/hlpa bietet er ein einzigartiges Geschmackserlebnis.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nase: Intensive Aromen von tropischen Früchten, begleitet von würzigen Noten und einem Hauch von Vanille.
  • Gaumen: Vollmundig und komplex, mit einer harmonischen Balance zwischen süßen Fruchtnoten und einer leichten Eichenwürze.
  • Abgang: Lang anhaltend und wärmend, mit einem Nachklang von Karamell und einem Hauch von Gewürzen.

Destillerie/Abfüller: Die Transcontinental Rum Line (TCRL) ist eine Serie von Rum-Abfüllungen, die von La Maison & Velier ins Leben gerufen wurde. Sie zielt darauf ab, die Vielfalt und Qualität von Rum aus verschiedenen Ländern zu präsentieren. Die Rums werden zunächst in ihrem Herkunftsland bei tropischen Temperaturen in Eichenfässern gelagert, um eine schnelle und intensive Reifung zu erreichen. Nach dem Versand nach Europa reifen einige Rums in kontinentalem Klima weiter, was ihnen zusätzliche Komplexität verleiht.
