Die Maschine wird mit Garantie geliefert und kann auf Wunsch installiert werden.
Die Trayfüllmaschine ist eine universelle Maschine zum automatischen Befüllen von Trays und Kisten. Diese Maschine kann außerdem zum Befüllen von Töpfen in Trays eingesetzt werden.

Funktionsweise:
Leere Trays werden manuell auf ein Förderband gestellt. Diese werden unter die Dosier-Einheit für Pflanzsubstrat transportiert, wo sie mit Substrat befüllt werden. Das Substrat wird dosiert und fällt in das Tray und wird anschließend durch einen Rotor leicht angedrückt. Nach dem Rotor entfernt eine verstellbare Bürsteneinheit überschüssiges Substrat aus dem Tray und führt es dem nächsten Zyklus wieder zu. Durch die Höhenverstellung können nahezu alle Traygrößen befüllt werden.

Die Maschine zeichnet sich durch folgende Eigenschaften aus:

  • Saubere und arbeitsfreundliche Verarbeitung durch geschlossenes Substratsystem
  • Optimale Befüllung der Trays durch umfangreiche Einstellmöglichkeiten
  • Alle Einstellungen sind einfach durchzuführen oder anzupassen
  • Mit variabler Geschwindigkeit ausgestattet
  • Mobil ausgeführt durch Schwenkrollen
  • Hohe Kapazität bis zu 1.500 Trays pro Stunde
  • Integrierbar in eine Stecklingslinie oder einfach an ein Förderband bzw. eine Rollenbahn anzuschließen
  • Einfacher Umbau auf andere Traygrößen
  • Einfache Bedienung über Schalter am Schaltschrank
  • Die Anlage ist gemäß CE-Norm (Maschinenrichtlinie) gebaut
  • Störungsmelder und Not-Aus
