This is the perfect book to get started flipping houses. It is comprehensive and knowledgeable. It includes all the basic information you must learn to have a shot at being successful. It also goes into great detail on many aspects of flipping. The answers to questions you have and even questions you didn't know you had are all in there. A wealth of knowledge in this book
Format: Spiral-bound, Format: Spiral-bound
The book is filled with great information. The author covers lots of things that the average person may not think of. Things like where to get the house that you want to flip. Keeping in mind the distance from where you live. Little things that could turn into big things.
Everything is touched upon from deciding which house to get to selling your flip, and how to build your team of people that will help you. There’s also some digital assets that can be download which is extremely helpful. I have never flipped a house but I am interested in doing it one day. This book gave me an idea of the reality of flipping houses.
If you’re interested in flipping houses I recommend buying this book. It’s a perfect book for beginners such as myself. I think it’s a good value for the amount of information on it’s pages.
I find the spiral bound method of binding this book interesting in the fact that I can flip the pages around without creasing a binding. The paper its printed on is not the highest quality but it’s really the information within the book that’s important and it contains a lot of information.
