Die Puig America III ist eine Weiterentwicklung der ersten und zweiten Version des Modells der America Windschutzscheibe der Marke Puig. Sie wurde unter der gleichen Produktlinie von Puig Custom-Windschutzscheiben entwickelt und ist im Vergleich zu ihren Vorgängern weiterentwickelt worden. Sie besteht aus schlagfestem Acryl, einem Material mit verlässlicher Stoßfestigkeit und einer hohen aerodynamischen Kapazität. Dank des sorgfältigen Designs und der Hochwertigkeit der verwendeten Materialien, bietet diese dritte Version der America-Windschutzscheibe Schutz bei rauem Wetterbedingungen und hält Sie auch bei Kälte warm. Das America III-Windschutzscheibenmodell ist universell einsetzbar und für die Mehrheit der Custom-Motorräder mit runden Scheinwerfern verfügbar. Die Befestigung am Motorrad ist problemlos, da es 4 Befestigungspunkte enthält und mit einem kompletten Montagesatz geliefert wird. Falls Ihr Motorradmodell dies erfordert, bietet Puig auch ein Hardware-Kit an, um die Verkleidung an diese spezifischeren Modelle anzupassen. Um die Montage zu erleichtern und das Produkt schnell am Motorrad anzubringen, stellt Puig sein klassisches Anleitungsheft zur Verfügung. Die Winschutzscheibe ist vom deutschen TÜV zertifiziert und verfügt über das ABE-Zulassungszertifikat 38007. I'm trying to look at screens less and teach my kids how to tell time on an analog clock face. 4 stars because, while the strap on the outside looks like it's a nylon/fabric wrist band, the inside is leather. My wrist has gotten pretty sweaty as a result. And there is a VERY audible 'tick' involved with this watch. I'm a contractor and have moderate hearing loss, but I've noticed the tick when I'm sitting quietly in my living room. If a ticking clock drives you nuts, I would not recommend. Most of the time, I am in a locale so noisy, it doesn't matter. They want a jeweler to change the battery, which, as a guy who fixes stuff, I don't love, but I've got some time before I think about that. No pun intended. I'm happy with this purchase. Good for the jobsite or a hot date with my wife.

Now I have bought two of these. On the first, indiglo died after one year (battery otherwise fine). On the second, it only lasted 9 months. I’m done. On the first, suspecting the battery was prematurely drained, I took it to the jeweler to get a new battery. He said there was nothing wrong with the battery. I was within the warranty period for the second watch. When I inquired, I was told that it meant shipping the watch overseas for about 3 months to be fixed. Wow. So in reality, it's a disposable item that is not likely to work as long as warranted, much less several years. Time to find another brand.
