Der Rotwein Iberico Blend von dem Weingut Idiom öffnet mit dichter Brombeerfrucht, die von frischem Rosmarin und feinen Veilchennoten begleitet wird. Am Gaumen zeigt er saftige rote Kirsche und eine markante, eisenhaltige Mineralität, die klare Konturen verleiht. Schwarzer Pfeffer sorgt für Würze und zusätzliche Tiefe. Die Textur ist mittelkräftig mit geschmeidigem Kern und präziser Struktur. Die Tannine ist reif und seidig und trägt die Frucht ohne zu beschweren. Das Finale ist lang, vielschichtig und bleibt mit roten und schwarzen Nuancen präsent.

Zusammensetzung:

30% Tempranillo, 30% Carinena, 30% Garnacha, 10% Monastrell

                                             

Cuvée Wein

Cuvées zählen mitunter zu den teuersten Weinen der Welt. Bordeaux-Weine aus Frankreich oder Premium Weine aus dem Anbaugebiet Rioja, in Spanien, zählen ebenso zu Cuvées. Außerdem sind die besten Champagner der Welt meist Cuvée Champagner, bestehend aus den Rebsorten Pinot Noir, Chardonnay und Pinot Meunier.


Aber was ist denn eine Cuvée überhaupt?

Grundlegend bedeutet Cuvée, das Mischen eines Weins aus verschiedenen Rebsorten in einem Gärbehälter. Auch das Verschneiden von Trauben, die aus unterschiedlichen Lagen stammen führt dazu, dass ein Wein als Cuvée bezeichnet wird.

 

Passt zu

Der Idiom Rotwein Iberico ist sehr stimmig zu Jamón und anderen luftgetrockneten Schinken, wo Salz und Umami die dunkle Frucht betonen. Ideal zu Schweinegerichten wie Secreto oder Porchetta mit Kräutern. Geflügel wie Maishähnchen oder Perlhuhn profitiert von der saftigen Kirschfrucht und der feinen Würze. Hervorragend zu Grillgerichten wie Lammkoteletts oder Iberico vom Rost. Schmorgerichte mit mediterranen Kräutern greifen die Rosmarinnoten schön auf. Gereifter Hartkäse oder mittelreifer Manchego rundet das Finale harmonisch ab.

I have mature, dry skin so I do use a moisturizer over this before sun protection. I imagine that if you have oily or normal skin you might be able to use this in place of moisturizer during the day.
