Artischockenblätter sind reich an Cynarin und anderen Bitterstoffen. Bitterstoffe gehören zu den ältesten traditionell genutzten Pflanzenstoffen und werden seit Jahrhunderten in der Tierhaltung eingesetzt.

  • Im Frühjahr und Herbst als saisonale Ergänzung
  • Nach intensiven Belastungsphasen
