Terre de coco, tourbe sont les plus adaptées, à maintenir humides.

  

Température Euchomenella heteroptera :

 On veillera à maintenir une hygrométrie entre 70/80% sans condensation et une température comprise entre 20° et 26°C.

  

Alimentation Euchomenella heteroptera :

Il est nécessaire d’apporter un nombre constant de proies aux mantes, vivantes, pour qu’elles puissent se nourrir. Un élevage de proies en parallèle est vivement recommandé pour s’assurer de cet apport en continu (environ une proie tous les jours ou tous les deux jours). Vous pourrez alors avoir la joie de voir comment ces proies sont attrapées par la mante : c’est fascinant.

C’est une espèce vorace facile à nourrir, elle accepte tous les proies : mouches, grillons, blattes…
